2007: Breakout year for Sefcik...Jumped a career-best 19-06.75 at the MAC CHmpionships to reach the podium for the first time in her collegiate creer, finishing third...Also jumped 19-06.50 at the Michigan State Invite to win the event...Fourth at the Toledo Invite.

2006: During the indoor season, Sefcik had a season best 18-00.25 in the long jump at the BGSU Quintangular. She also jumped an indoor personal best 35.01.25. During the outdoor season she jumped a personal best 34-02.25 in the triple jump at the Toledo Tri-Meet. She had a season best 17-09.50 in the long jump at the Hillsdale Relays.

2005: After sitting out the 2004 season due to injury, Sefcik returned and had a season best jump of 4.66m in the long jump at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational.

2004: Sefcik spent the 2004 indoor and outdoor seasons recovering from an ACL tearHigh School: Fourth place finish in the long jump with a distance of 18'7"...third place Division I State meet long jump of 18'3".
