2007 XC: Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:26.2 as she earned 59th-place at the Mid-American Conference Championships. She competed in six of the team's seven meets during her freshman campaign with her top finish coming in the Falcon Invitational where she finished 52nd with a time of 19:27.06. She finished the season with a time of 24:17.60 in the 6K NCAA Regional meet. High School: Held personal-bestss of 25.8 for 200m, 56.7 for 400m, 2:18 for 800m and 18:48 for 5000m...Held school records in the 800m, 3200m, 5000m, and was also a member of the school record 4 X 200m, 4 X 400m and 4 X 800m relay teams...Was named Western Reserve Conference First Team in the 400m, 800m, Cross Country and as a member of the 4 X 400m relay... 2005 District Champion, WRC girls track North Division MVP, All-Ohio 2005 and 2006, Finished 13th at the DI Ohio State Cross Country Championships, earning All-Ohio honors...Was selected as one of the top senior cross country runners in Ohio and represented Team Ohio in the Mid East meet of Champions in Kettering, Ohio in the fall of 2006...Named Girls Cross Country Athlete of the Year by the New Herald...Heather was also a member of her high school basketball team where she earned WRC first team All-Academic Basketball honors as well as WRC Honorable Mention basketball...Heather earned a total of 10 varsity letters in basketball, cross country and track...High school coaches were James Hoover, Dave Englanderm Brenda Ciccarello, Byron Hopkins, Eric Mitchell and Edward Huffmeier.
