My heart is very heavy with the passing of this young woman. Though I never met Leslie, I follow the women's soccer team and was so happy with the success they had attained...especially with so many young players like Leslie. Her friends and teammates say what a joy she was. My thoughts are with her family, teammates, coaches, friends and the university. May God keep all of you under His infinite compassion. God bless all of you.

Gary Carl Woodhaven, Michigan
As a soccer fan of one of the Michigan MAC Universities I am saddened by this tragedy.
I recall this year BGSU tying Eastern in the last 6 seconds of the game, I commented at the time to one of the players on the Eastern team, that BGSU was a terrific example of never giving up.
As it is difficult for the team in these times to just put one foot in front of the other, I am in awe of the team's courage, and am uplifted from the love they have shown for this young player and her family by continuing their courageous play and still never giving up.
The best of luck in these playoffs, and my prayers will be with you.
Ron... Orlando, FL
