2007: As a freshman Balzer made an immediate impact as she competed in every meet on vault, bars, and floor... she competed on beam eight out of ten meets and in the all-around six times... her top all-around score was a 39.675 coming against Central Michigan... her best score on vault was against Western Michigan when she landed a 9.625, and again vs. Ball State... on bars she posted a 9.750 against Texas Women's University and then a 9.725 against CMU... beam's career best was a 9.675 against Ball State... she holds the team's best score on floor with a 9.800 coming at the All-Ohio... she also scored a 9.750 vs. CMU. High School: A 2006 graduate of Huntington High School...she was a four time Jo National Qualifier... in 2002 USALGC National Champion... member of National Honor Society... finished in the Top 10% in her high school graduating class.
