Falcon Strength to Host Clinic May 3

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University Strength and Conditioning staff, along with Atomic Athletics, will hold a coaching clinic on Saturday, May 3.

The clinic will feature seven speakers and will be highlighted by Mike Gittleson's remarks. Gittleson, who has served the University of Michigan's Strength and Conditioning program for more than 30 years will speak about grip strength in the arm and hands. Other topics will include weightlifiting for athlete's, coaching techniques, program development, and training for women's sports.
