2007: Ran in one of seven meets for the Falcons this fall. In his lone meet against Toledo in the 5K dual meet, he finished ninth with a time of 17:17. 2006: Did no compete in 2006 2005: Came through for the Falcons in a big way in 2005. He was the Falcons number three runner at the Great Lakes Regional, running a personal-best time of 35:50 in the 10K. He also ran a personal-best in the 8K of 27:09 at the Mel Brodt Invitational. 2004: Ran a personal-best time of 29:13 in the 8,000 meters...had one top five finish this year. High School: Attended Rogers City High School in Rogers, Michigan...four-time State qualifier: 3 times in cross country, and once in track...three-time cross country team MVP...two-time track team Most Improved Runner...Conference MVP in cross country his senior year...First Team All Conference in cross country and track.
