2006 XC: Settle was the team's number one runner in two out of seven meets this season and was the number two runner in five of seven meets. At the MAC Championships she finished fourth, BG'S first top-five finisher since 2003 and their first sub top-five finisher since 1998. At the NCAA Regional meet she improved from a 113 finish in 2005 to a 43rd place finish. She set an 5K personal-record of 18:12 at the Falcon Invitational and a 6K personal-best at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 22:23. She was named the team's co-MVP for the season as well as the team's most improved runner. 2006:Had a breakthrough track season, participating in the steeplechase for the first time in her career and succeeded at it. She was one of three Falcons to finish in the top-eight a the Outdoor MAC Championships. She finished sixth in the event with a time of 11:05.09, placing her fourth on the all-time list. She finished seventh in the same event at the Hillsdale Relays with a time of 11:13.45.
2005: Settle's 2005 track season was hampered due to injury. 2004 XC: A top five runner in five of eight meets...ran a 5K personal-best of 19:06 at both the All-Ohio and Mel Brodt Invitational Meets...earned All-Ohio honors by placing 17th of the Division I runners at the All-Ohio Championships...also ran a 6K personal-best of 22:53 at the regional meet. 2004: Ran PR's of 2:17.81 for the 800m and 4:48.9 for the 1500m during the outdoor season...captured first-place at the BGSU open in the 800m (2:21.21)... placed eigth at the All-Ohio Championships in the same event during the indoor season. 2003 XC: Recorded a personal-best time of 19:13 during her freshman cross country season. High School: Ran personal-best times of 2:20 for 800 meters and 4:49 for 1500 meters while competing for M.M. Robinson...three time OFSSA qualifier in track and cross country.
