Greetings to all Bowling Green State University athletic training students, former staff, and graduate assistant alumni. The staff here at BGSU is going to include in our web site a page for our alumni. In this page we will keep you informed of any exciting news and updates. Also we will have updates on our alumni such as places of employment, contact information, and any small piece of information you would like to share with us. We would love to know where our alumni are.
The school year has ended at BGSU and we had another successful year both in the training room and the class room. During the 2008 Athletics Honors Night where student athletes and athletic training students are recognized for a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better we had 19 out of 29 students honored. Those that were in attendance are pictured in our photo album section. From L to R are Courney Upshaw, Kassie Kennamer, Kaitlyn Dalga, and Doug Boresma. April 25, 2008 we had the honor of a former alumni stop by and visit the training room and talk to some of our students. Ron Culp whom just retired after 27 years in the NBA stopped by and shared a few word of wisdom to our athletic training students. It was great to hear his stories on the training room facility he worked out of at Memorial Hall, and then how excited they were when the stadium was finished, and then to see what we have now. It is always an honor for us to have our alumni stop by and see us. Please do the same if you are in or around BGSU. The staff here at BGSU wishes all of you and safe and relaxing summer.
